About Greg Jones
Greg first encountered Biblical Discipleship Counseling in 1993 when his wife Angel requested help from her home church in Scottsdale, Arizona for their wounded marriage. After 10 years of self-directed and self-empowered effort, Greg had admittedly damaged the relationship with his wife, ruined their finances, and created an abundance of dysfunctional relationships throughout his family, friends, and colleagues.
After many months of challenging counsel and more than 5 years of continued training in the principles taught through Total Life Ministries (TLM), Greg's life stabilized and strengthened to the point where he became a volunteer staff member at TLM. In the more than 25 years since, he has also become a seasoned Biblical counselor, discipleship trainer, and conference speaker for this world-wide ministry.
Although having experienced significant healing in their relationship through TLM, Greg and Angel inevitably encountered additional challenges that pushed them beyond their ministry training and experience. This resulted in a deeper journey with Jesus Christ through Christ Quest Ministries (CQM) as they searched for greater healing and practical answers to the challenges they faced.
After a difficult 5-month separation, and additional counseling, they entered into a 3-yr program of weekly marital discipleship through CQM known as the Christ Quest Institute. Their experiences with this course of instruction brought Greg and Angel to a previously undiscovered level of surrender and transparency before God (and each other) that has revolutionized their lives and marriage.
Due to the Lord's work through these two ministries, Greg and Angel have since committed themselves to encouraging, counseling, and comforting other couples in distress in order to repay the kindness and sacrifices made on their behalf by so many!
